Most parking areas at Penn State Altoona are reserved for students, faculty, and staff. Parking permits are required to park in these parking areas. We welcome guests to Penn State Altoona and ask for your cooperation. 访问or parking areas are provided at convenient locations in the Ivy Lot and Misciagna Lot.

Registration for student parking during the fall and spring semesters is an online application process. Students can either pay online, with a credit card, at the time of registration or pay in-person at the time of pick-up. In-person payments can be made with cash, check, or money order.

注意: Students are not required to have permits during the summer sessions.

Faculty and 工作人员 Parking

Faculty and 工作人员 Parking

On the Ivyside campus, faculty and staff parking is available in the Cypress, 话务量, 夏娃, Facilities and Operations, 枫木, Misciagna, 橡木. Poplar, Slep, Smith, and Spruce Lots. Downtown parking for faculty and staff is available in the Penn, Rossman, and Yellow Lots. Parking assignments are made based on office location and the availability of spots.

访问or parking areas are provided on the Ivyside campus in the Ivy and Misciagna Lots. 访问or and public parking is available in downtown Altoona curbside or in designated public parking lots by permit only.

Parking Ticket Payment and Dispute

Administrative, regulatory, or state citation violations may not be dismissed by the parking office. Violation dismissals may only be granted by the Appeals Board or, in the case of a state citation, the disposition can only be made at a hearing before a District Magistrate.
